Hi, I’m Heather, a wedding and elopement photographer based on the Isle of Skye, capturing natural, candid, and story-driven images for couples in the Scottish Highlands. I’ve been a professional photographer for nearly 10 years, starting in fashion before discovering my true passion; telling real stories of real people. For the past four years, I’ve been photographing weddings across Scotland, from cosy barns and grand castles to family farm celebrations, always focusing on capturing moments that feel authentic and heartfelt.

I pride myself on being relaxed and friendly, making both the booking process and your wedding day as effortless and enjoyable as possible. My style is natural and rustic, filled with candid moments, but I love sprinkling in a few fun posed shots too. Growing up in Glenisla, at the foot of the Cairngorms, I spent my childhood exploring the hills and falling in love with Scotland’s dramatic landscapes. Now living on the Isle of Skye, I’m thrilled to focus on elopements, helping couples tell their stories against some of the most breathtaking scenery in Scotland, from Glencoe to Skye’s rugged coastline.
